CSU Recruitment has been formed by Commissioning and Start up Manager Scott Jones. Scott has 15 years experience in the Commissioning and Start Up of Oil and Gas Facilities worldwide, ranging from LNG, LPG, FPSO and Offshore Oil and Gas installations.
Scott has worked within extreme onsite and project office environments, and understands the needs of the project from both Client and Contractor companies. Scott has identified how the recruitment of unqualified candidates not only prolongs the placement process, but hinders the completion of projects due to resource inadequacies.
High costs and effects on project progression has led to Scott calling on his large contact network in providing the Oil and Gas Sector a specialised Commissioning and Start Up Recruitment service.
This 'boring service' is designed to take all the time and effort from HR Departments and the Project team management, and ensures that all candidates that are put forward for a role have been fully screened for compatibility.
